NOTICE OF SPECIAL (INTERIM) BOARD MEETING

Dear Property Owners:

The Board of Directors of the Enchanted Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. (“Association”)
will be holding a board meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 beginning at 6:30pm. The
board invites all members of the association to attend this meeting. The meeting will be
conducted in the classroom at Forest Oaks Swim facilities. This classroom is located at 627
Cypress Oaks Drive, Spring, Texas 77388 and many of you might refer to this as the old
Constable building. This classroom is directly adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant.
The subject of the meeting includes general business of the Association, including
discussion of items related to community common area concerns, deed restrictions,
financial performance and other items pertaining to the regular and eƯicient operation of the
Association. An opportunity will be presented for any member present to address the board
and provide input.

The meeting will be closed for an executive session from 5:30pm to 6:30pm to discuss
confidential information. Items that may be discussed in this portion of the meeting may
include, but are not limited to, actions involving personnel, Association vendors, pending or
threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential
communication with legal counsel for the Association, matters that might invasion of privacy
to members if discussed publicly, and other matters that are confidential by request of an
aƯected party and agreement of the board.

Enchanted Oaks is located in Spring, Texas at Interstate 45 and Cypresswood Drive.  An exclusive neighborhood, Enchanted Oaks is made up of 782 custom homes primarily built in the 1970's. Located in the highly acclaimed Klein School District, each school is within five miles of the subdivision. 

The Enchanted Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc. consists of a
