The Enchanted Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc. consists of a Board of Directors of volunteers who handle all aspects of governing the subdivision including maintenance, collection of the annual dues and deed restriction enforcement.

Deed restrictions
The Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Tuesday every other month at 7:30PM at the Forest Oaks Swim & Racquet Club located at 19023 Joanleigh Drive. Meeting minutes are posted on TownSq when available.
